TEACHER WELFARE

AN-NUR INTEGRATED ISLAMIC SCHOOL target is to be the best in terms of staff welfare and

remuneration. A newly staff individual shall have his appointment confirmed after three (3)

consecutive month of diligent service. He henceforth, deserves adequate promotion as would

reflect in his salary at the end of every profitable year.

>He enjoys all holidays except where his attention is unavoidable required, whereas, he may be

compensated as the task determines.

>It is the wish of the management AN-NUR INTEGRATED ISLAMIC SCHOOL to pay her staff the

thirteenth month salary. This shall be 5% (subject to review as the school grows) of his annual salary which shall be paid for the month of RAMADAN.
