Every staff must meet up with at least 70% of the staff performance rating system of the

school as would be carried out by the school on a periodic basis.

Staff with extraordinary performance would be adequately compensated for their diligence and hard work.

Finally, it is a very important condition of our service that we must live up to the expectation of our school as sincere and honest person in word and deed, and promote good moral values in the school in accordance with Islamic teachings.
